TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK A Hi-Fat Alkalized Cocoa powder for cake mixes, ice creams, and a variety of baking applications. Due to the higher fat content its texture is smooth with a rich flavor, but makes it less soluble than its 10/12 fat equivalent. Most bakeries use this powder variety due to its versatile use in many desserts.
